Anton Doll, 79, Napoleon, N.D., died Monday, Oct. 11, 2004, at his home.
Mr. Doll was born Jan. 10, 1925, near Kintyre, N.D., the son of Georgeand
Katherine (Wald) Doll. He
grew up and attended school in the Kintyrearea. He was drafted into the U.S.
Army and served during
World War II.After serving in the military, he married Theresia Welder on Nov.
9,1948, at St. Anthony
Catholic Church south of Napoleon. They farmed inthe Napoleon area. He was a
member of St. Patrick’s
Catholic Church inWishek and a Napoleon American Legion. He enjoyed farming.
He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Cecilia (Arnny) Lippert,Fairfield,
N.D., and Clementine (Tom)
Packer, Woodbury, Minn.; two sons,Anton J. (Cindy) and Allan (Mandy), both
Napoleon; four brothers,
George(Ida), Dawson, N.D., Andy (Loretta), Napoleon, John (Theresia),
Kintyre,and Matt, Valley City, N.
D.; three sisters, Barbara Bosch and Katie(Alex) Bosch, both Bismarck, N.D.,
and Maggie (Dan) Seviren,
CitrusHeights, Calif.; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Wendlin, Joe,Mike and
Stanley; two sisters,
Margaret Schatz and Agatha Keller;
Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, St. Phillip Neri Catholic Church,Napoleon.
Prayer service: 6:30 p.m. today, Dahlstrom Funeral Home, Napoleon.
Visitation: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Burial: St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery, rural Napoleon.
