uncle George Jundt in 1940.... she died in '41.I lost track of the family
after high school years.

Herman Duchscher

Herman B. Duchscher, 78, Fargo, died Saturday, Aug. 28, 2004, in the Veterans
Affairs Medical Center, Fargo.
Mr. Duchscher was born Aug. 6, 1926, in Rugby, N.D., where he grew up and
attended school. He worked on the family farm before joining the U.S. Air
Force in 1948. He served in the Philippines during the Korean War. On Aug. 6,
1951, he married Florence A. Peters in Fillmore, N.D. They lived in Sacramento
for a year, while he was stationed at McClellan Air Force Base. After his
military discharge in 1952, they moved to Fargo.
He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Nancy (Tom) Kasper, Renae (Wayne)
Ham, both Fargo; two brothers, Chris, Gus (Dorothy), both Fargo, John
(Bernie), Rugby; five sisters, Johanna (Ludwig) Hoffert, Rugby, Carolyn
Van-Raden, Fargo, Catherine (Ken) Deeter, Tucson, Ariz., Vernice (Bill)
Knutson, Pauma Valley, Calif., Anna Mae (Russ) Bezanson, Minot, N.D.; and
seven grandchildren.
Visitation: Tuesday from 5 to 7, with a prayer service at 7, in Boulger
Funeral Home, Fargo, and Wednesday from noon to 1 in the Church of the Holy
Spirit, Fargo.
Funeral: Wednesday at 1 in the church.
Burial: Holy Cross Cemetery, Fargo.
